We reserve the sole discretion to refuse service, cancel an order, close an account, remove or modify Site content, or cancel an order, regardless of whether or not you have complied with these Terms & Conditions.

We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

It is possible that a product ordered online may no longer be available in our inventory or may be unable to be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will cancel the order and refund any amounts paid, if applicable.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD

We ask that you post only one review per product, unless you wish to provide new information. You agree to review only products that you have personally tried and to maintain a respectful tone at all times. Employees, competitors, distributors, and manufacturers are prohibited from posting reviews.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of Prévost is located.

ORDER ERRORS

If you believe an error occurred while placing an order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to info@studiopixopaws.ca 

Please provide sufficient details regarding the error and include your order number.

SHIPPING

Shipping areas

We ship exclusively within Canada. At this time, we are unable to ship our products outside of Canada.

Production time

Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for production from the time your order is confirmed. Production may take longer for large orders of 5,000 units or more.

Please note that production times may vary depending on the time of year and our printer's workload, particularly during busy periods such as the holiday season.

Delivery Time

  • Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 4 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 5 to 10 business days

  • Remote areas: To be confirmed

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees

  • Quebec and Ontario: $12.95 - Free for 300 cards and more at regular price.

  • Other Canadian provinces: $25.95 - Free for 500 cards and more at regular price (Not applicable to remote areas.)

  • Remote areas: Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas, including Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon. Please contact us before placing your order.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided when placing an order. It is your responsibility to verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. In the event of an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.

Refund policy for personalized products

NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Personalized products are non-refundable once the production process has begun.

QUALITY ISSUES

  • If you receive a personalized product with a quality or printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders for personalized products may be cancelled and refunded if you contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel or refund it. Please ensure that all information provided is correct before completing your order.

DIGITAL CREATIONS USE POLICY

The digital creations offered on this Site (or through this service) are protected by copyright. Any commercial use, resale, redistribution, or exploitation in any form for profit is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the creator.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that these works are protected by copyright laws and agree to comply with these terms of use. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action to protect our copyright and intellectual property rights.
